Bill Racket is a Sim featured in The Sims 3: Ambitions. He lives at 53 Puddlewick Road in Twinbrook with his parents, Max and Marigold, his brother Dennis, his sister-in-law Silver, his nephew Shark and his niece Lolly.

He is quite a difficult man to get along with and can be inappropriate at times. It is implied that he and his brother Dennis, as well as his parents, may have bullied his other brother, Dudley Racket, when he was still living with the rest of the family. That he's a politician is not good for the rest of the town. He enjoys watching TV and mooching off of others.
