Beelzebeef (also known as Prime Heifer) is a god worshipped by various Sims in The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable. She has the appearance of a giant cow.
The Sims 2 (Nintendo DS)[]
Ava Cadavra has the player build a shrine in the hotel's basement and later tricks Ara Fusilli, Auda Sherif and Sancho Paco Panza into worshiping the Prime Heifer as well. The player then has to find a mystic cowbell for the Prime Heifer's statue. However, Horus Menhoset IX contacts the player's Sim, explaining that the Prime Heifer is evil and that Ava must be stopped. Using a branding iron, the player has to destroy the statue.
If the player visits the shrine after destroying the Prime Heifer's statue, there will be an Egyptian Statue.
The Sims 2 (PSP)[]
Beelzebeef is worshipped by the Kine Society in Deadtree. The society was founded by El Toro and is currently led by Sinjin Balani. Other members include Sara Starr, Yeva Comonova, Rick Wong and Bull Dratch. Along with the player's Sim, members of the Kine Society will perform a ritual dance for Beelzebeef.
The Bovinomicon, which can be bought at the register in the entrance room of the Kine Dairy, states that:
- The great cow Beelzebeef slumbers beneath the surface of the Earth.
- When Beelzebeef rises again, she will awaken the Elder Herd.
- The Elder Herd will trample all those who stray from the teachings of the Kine.
- Once the Earth is cleansed, there will be a new era of peace and delicious grass.
Roland Calonzo, a member of the Kine Society, has a propaganda pamphlet that says:
- Always stay with the herd. The stray cow falls into the thicket.
- Always keep your eyes on the cow in front of you. Attention yields obedience.
- Always look to the future. The path behind you is strewn with manure.
- Always be wary... the enemy tips the cow who sleeps.
According to the game files, Beelzebeef is interested in Politics.

Trivia[]
- The Prime Heifer in The Sims 2 (DS) is referred to by he/him pronouns, while in The Sims 2 (PSP), Beelzebeef is referred to by she/her pronouns.
- If The Sims 2: Bon Voyage is installed, one of the wall hangings is an ancient tablet with a picture of a Cowplant being fed by ancient people. The description tells about how the Cowplant was treated in the old times.
Onomatology[]
- Her name could be a reference to Beelzebub, a major god in the philistines religion, in some Abrahamic religions as a major demon and another name for Satan in the Christian religion.
- In the early versions of The Sims 2 for PSP, she was called Cowthulu (as seen in game files). This clearly references Cthulhu, a cosmic entity created by H. P. Lovecraft.
- The Prime Heifer's name could be a combination of the word 'prime', which is the highest grade of beef that is offered by the USDA, and 'heifer', which is a term that refers to an unbred female cow.
