Bartholomew Bell is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. He was the son of Tobias and Edna, the husband of Ruth Bell (née Zingel), the father of Issac and the grandfather of Daniel. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave.
Bartholomew has the Fortune aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, he is very outgoing, quite nice and somewhat playful, but he is very sloppy and lazy. According to Bartholomew's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 11 days left in the elder life stage when he died.
Bartholomew uses the 12th and 22nd Maxis face templates in Create a Sim. The ears, eyebrows, and nose use the 22nd face template, while the eyes, mouth, and jaw use the 12th face template. Also, the jaw is longer than on the default face. However, the jaw is only longer on teen, adult and elder female Sims, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Bartholomew's SimDNA in SimPE shows that his recessive genetics are for brown hair and light blue eyes. He died shortly after Issac grew up into an adult, and didn't teach him any toddler skills while he was a toddler.
