Barmaid Sandy is an NPC barmaid featured in The Sims: Hot Date. She works at Downtown community lots where a bar is present and will deliver drinks to Sims who order them. Otherwise, she will stand around.
Sandy looks similar to Barmaid Renee, who also works at Downtown bars as well as Maid Marrion from Vacation Island and Stacey O'Pastry from Old Town except all three women have light skin compared to her, who has tanned skin. Like most NPCs, she cannot be interacted in any way.
