Auditorium is a special lot assignment featured in The Sims 4: High School Years. It is not available anywhere else to use, and is only found in the Rockridge Heights neighborhood in Copperdale. It consists of four sub-assignments that are all part of the same lot: basic auditorium, formal dance, high school graduation and career day auditorium.
Like community spaces, each sub-assignment can be given different lot traits, and can have a completely different layout and structure to the others. An active sub-assignment can also be saved to the gallery and placed in game as its active sub-assignment. The game considers all four sub-assignments to be separate lot assignments, each with their own requirements and NPC behaviors.
All four sub-assignments require a toilet, sink, a trash can, and a podium, but they also each have a unique set of requirements:
- A basic auditorium and a high school graduation require nothing else.
- A formal dance requires a speaker, a photo booth, a banquet table, a special bulletin board, and a special punch fountain; bulletin boards and punch fountains from other packs do not count towards the requirements.
- A career day auditorium, unlike the prior three sub-assignments, does not require a podium, and instead requires exactly three career day tables; if more than three career day tables are placed, the extra tables will not be used.
