Ashay Bell is one of the pre-made NPC social workers residing in Oasis Landing, the futuristic sub-world shipped with The Sims 3: Into the Future. The other social workers are Alan Asp, Kirk Bailey, and Jenna Long. She can be made playable by marrying her, or befriending her and asking her to move in.

Ashay is one of the few service NPCs from Oasis Landing to not be a Plumbot. Like all pre-made Sims from Oasis Landing, she has the Future Sim hidden trait. She shares her surname with Gussie Bell from Appaloosa Plains, as well as the Bell family from Desiderata Valley, although she does not appear to be related to any of them.
