Arts Quarter is a neighborhood in San Myshuno. This art-filled neighborhood is home to the Humor and Hijinks Festival.
There are two apartment buildings and one penthouse. Two apartments are inhabited by the Benali family and the Jang family. Sims can also practice street art in the outdoor plaza or visit the arts center Casbah Gallery.
