Artistic is a mental trait in The Sims 3. It conflicts with the can't stand art trait.
Artistic Sims are naturally gifted artists with a paint brush. They also make pretty good writers and musicians!
Attributes
- Artistic Sims will build the painting skill 25% faster than other Sims.
- Artistic Sims frequently wish to attend the local art gallery.
- Artistic Sims will build the writing and guitar skills up 10% faster than other Sims. The guitar skill's increase rate stacks with the increase from the virtuoso trait.
- Artistic Sims prefer watching the history and romantic channels on television.

- 'Talk about Art' social interaction is always available.
- Artistic Sims can paint a stylized Still-Life painting similar to genius and insane Sims.
