The arcade is a type of community lot and lot assignment featured in The Sims 3: University Life. It is where Jocks usually frequent. Sims can also obtain job opportunities at these lots by looking at the noticeboard of any dorms. The only pre-made arcade is the "B's Bowlarama" that can be found in Sims University, though players can build their own in other worlds.
The arcade opens from 10:00 AM to 4:00 AM and its happy hour is at 7:00 PM. These lots seem to attract more Sims than any other lot assignment in a town.
An arcade also forms part of Port Abel Square in the Nintendo 3DS version of The Sims 3: Pets (console).

By default, the stage is designed to fit 1 guitarist. To host gigs on it, significant Build Mode modifications are needed (Not to mention changing the lot assignment) to fit 4 instruments or a show stage.
The back parking lot is connected to that of The Grotto.
