Annie Howell is a Sim found in Deadtree in the Nighthowl Saloon, with her brother Hoot Howell. Before his death, Annie used to date Nervous Subject. When Nervous signed up to be a test subject for Loki and Circe Beaker, Annie thought he had run off to be with another woman. It is up to the player to prove that this was not really the case and that Nervous never wanted to leave her.
It is also stated the Annie doesn't believe in the afterlife. During a conversation with her and the player, the player mentions about how Nervous still loves her, even though he's deceased. She then replies by saying she doesn't believe in the afterlife, and that she is happy with Nervous still loving her while he was still alive.
It is revealed that she is also the 'Night Beast' in Strangetown.

- She is mistakenly described as being red-headed by her brother, though she's visibly blonde. The statement was most likely meant to mean her being so Hot-Headed.
