Annie Howell is a Sim from The Sims 2 for PlayStation Portable found in Deadtree, who works as a waitress in the Nighthowl Saloon, with her brother Hoot Howell. Before his death, Annie used to date Nervous Subject. When Nervous signed up to be a test subject for Loki and Circe Beaker, Annie thought he had run off to be with another woman. It is up to the player to prove that this was not really the case and that Nervous never wanted to leave her.
It is also stated the Annie doesn't believe in the afterlife. During a conversation with her and the player, the player mentions about how Nervous still loves her, even though he's deceased. She then replies by saying that she is happy with Nervous still loving her while he was still alive, in addition to her aforementioned disbelief of the afterlife.
It is revealed that she is also the 'Night Beast' in Strangetown.

- Annie and her brother share their surname with Lou Howell from The Sims 4: Werewolves. Since Lou is also a werewolf, it is possible that they are related, although whether this is true or not is currently unknown.
