Andromache Thebe ( /ænˈdrɒməkiː ˈtɛbɛ/) is a pre-made deceased Sim who once lived in Veronaville. She was the daughter of the late Eetion and Queen, the wife of Hector Thebe (né Albion), the mother of Consort Capp (né Thebe), the paternal grandmother of Goneril, Regan, Kent, and the late Cordelia Capp, and the great-grandmother of Tybalt, Juliette, Hermia, Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, and Ariel Capp. She lived with her husband in Roaring Heights earlier in her life.
Biography[]
Life Leading Up to The Sims 3[]
In The Sims 3, Andromache is an adult with 10 days left in her stage. She lives with her husband Hector. Their son, Consort, whom she is friends with, lives across the river.
She is unemployed and has 4 skill points in cooking.
Life Leading Up to The Sims 2[]
By the time of The Sims 2, Andromache suffered an untimely death as an adult. Unlike most pre-made Sims that are deceased in Veronaville, she has personality points and memories. She and her husband both died before her son married Contessa.
According to Consort's memories, Andromache had died before he got married. Her being alive in Roaring Heights caused a retroactive continuity. This is likely an oversight by the developers.
Oddly, while Andromache is resurrectable, her husband is not. Usually, deceased married couples have the same status of resurrectability. Often going unnoticed, Andromache had brown hair, a dominant trait, while both of her parents had a recessive hair color. According to Andromache's age data, she had 29 days left in the adult stage when she died. Oddly, her father-in-law Priam has the memory of Andromache's birth, which is most likely a mistake by the developers.
The reason she is resurrectable is because she is a recreation, Consort has data of being the son of a BA instance Sim, and Hector has data of being married to a BA Sim, so it can be assumed that she was the original version of Andromache, and most likely her original user number was 00140, according to her possible DNA, originally she was a redhead, S1 and had gray eyes like her son, and her aspiration was probably Romance, in addition to her having a desire for a career that does not exist in the final version probably.
In Greek mythology, Andromache was the wife of Hector, son to the King of Troy. She appeared as a character in Shakespeare's Troilus and Cressida.
