Neighborhood Features[]
The downtown neighborhood is large with parklet, movie theater for Sims of all ages to hangout, it has benches for Sims to rest, and a food stall for Sims to buy foods.
Movie Theater[]
The Movie Theater is a rabbit hole located at eastern edge of the neighborhood, it opens for 24 hours and Sims can watch movie for 15 simoleons per Sim. When Sims are in the theater, they will get their fun need up, sometimes a chance card might appear which player may choose a choice and it will impact Sims' mood.
There are 6 different movie genres to choose from, and each of it will give either a positive or a negative moodlet:
- Drama Movie: Sims will get an inspired moodlet if they like it, a bored moodlet if they don't like it.
- Romance Movie: Sims will get a flirty moodlet if they like it, a tense moodlet if they don't like it.
- Action Movie: Sims will get an energized moodlet if they like it, a bored moodlet if they don't like it.
- Children/Family Movie: Sims will get a playful moodlet if they like it, an uncomfortable moodlet if they don't like it.
- Comedy Movie: Sims will get a playful moodlet if they like it, an embarrassed moodlet if they don't like it.
- Horror Movie: Sims will get an energized moodlet if they like it, a bored moodlet if they don't like it.
Anchorpoint Piano[]
The Piano
The Anchorpoint Piano is a public piano in front of the fountain which is behind of the library, it gives a +1 inspired moodlet to all Sims nearby and another +1 inspired moodlet if it has emotional aura enabled. A street pianist will spawn and play the piano occasionaly.

The Statue
The Anchor Statue is one of the landmark in Anchorpoint Wharf, it's not interactable by Sims, but Sims nearby the statue will get a +1 happy moodlet for 2 hours.
