Alfonso Alto is a pre-made Sim who resides in Isla Paradiso, featured in The Sims 3: Island Paradise. He is married to Lopita Alto and has one daughter with her, Ashley Alto. When the family is first played, Alfonso is 19 days away from being an elder. He is having a secret affair with Florita Hernandez, and she is pregnant with his unborn child. He is employed as a Division Manager in the business career and has five points in charisma and three in athletic.
His relation to the Alto family in Sunset Valley is unknown, although he does share a striking resemblance to Nick Alto in both build and particularly facial structure. This, combined with the fact that his bio makes it obvious that he's an unscrupulous person, a trait shared by Nick and Vita Alto, makes it more likely than not that their families are related.
Despite the family descriptions and their bios mentioning that Lopita and Alfonso are married, they are just friends in-game. Due to a patch following the release of Island Paradise, Ashley no longer appears on Lopita's family tree; Alfonso is treated as her only parent.
