Alexa's cause of death only appears in The Sims 3: World Adventures, and not in Supernatural. The same thing occurs in The Sims 3: Ambitions, with Tina-Patricia Copper and Timmy DeBleu in Twinbrook.
Alexa doesn't have the evil trait, which is supposed to appear switching with another trait after getting mummy's curse. This also happens with Tina-Patricia Copper and Timmy DeBleu.
