Abel Bodey is a pre-made NPC babysitter residing in Twinbrook, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Ambitions. He can be made playable by befriending him and asking him to move in, or marrying him when he has grown older.
Unusually for a babysitter, Abel hates children. Because of that, he will rarely care for the children, so the player may fire him because of his ineffective work and then hire Kay Pebble, his family-oriented female counterpart. He carries a book in his inventory. His name might be a pun on "able body", which is ironic since he is a couch potato. He has a similar face to Philip Annan from Barnacle Bay.
