5 Sim Avenue is the home of the Goth family in the The Sims for console. Located in SimValley, Bella and Mortimer Goth reside here with their daughter, Cassandra. It is nearly identical to their house in the computer version, though due to limitations on the console, it is a one-story home instead of two, with Cassandra's bedroom now placed between the living room and the main bedroom. It is unknown whether it is meant to be the same house or not, despite the different street name.
The house features a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, a passage connecting the bedrooms, and a backyard. It is painted with black wood shingles on the outside, blue wallpaper in the living room and kitchen, white décor in the bathroom, and wood paneling in the bedrooms. The flooring is Berber carpet on the outside, gray shale in the living room and kitchen, wood in the extra passage, and white linoleum in the bathroom. The plot also features a graveyard in the back yard with seven tombstones.
