It has a driveway, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a child's bedroom, a room which includes the career reward from the Architecture career track, and a detached guest suite. The house also includes a rather large garden. A Genie lamp can be found at the attic, possibly to resurrect Luis Aspir's long lost wife, Noriko Aspir.
