Thornton Wolff is a pre-made young adult Sim residing in Sunset Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 3. He is married to Morgana Wolff. When the family is first played, he is 9 days away from aging up into an adult.
It is said that Morgana and Thornton rushed into the marriage: Morgana's intentions were to have children, but she only learned Thornton is opposed to fatherhood after marrying him, which prevents her from fulfilling her lifetime wish. It is also stated in the family biography that Thornton dislikes the arts as well, though he does not have the can't stand art trait. The reason why he is opposed to fatherhood is because his mother and father never really got along and he does not want his marriage to turn into theirs. Despite Thornton's parents being referred to in his biography, they don't appear in his family tree.
He has choppy black hair with gray highlights and tips and fairly light skin. As he is still a young adult, it is possible that the tips of his hair might actually be dyed or bleached, and not naturally graying, so he looks older.
Thornton is friends with Jamie Jolina (his wife dislikes her despite the two being coworkers) and acquaintances with the Wan-Goddard family, Gobias Koffi and his boss. He has three skill points in charisma and is employed as a Corporate Drone in the business career. He carries the book Commitment Issues in his inventory.
It is up to the player to decide whether he will comply with Morgana's wishes, cheat on her with Jamie, or if Morgana will cheat on him and fulfill her lifetime wish that way.
